This energetic course combines elements of Yoga, various Martial Arts and meditation. The method combines ancient and modern styles of Yoga and Martial Arts, Karate, Capoeira and Taekwondo. Budokan focuses on the development of accuracy, peace and connection to the center. During the lesson we will work on improving range of motion, power, speed, balance, self-control, lightness and flow. Recommended for women and girls seeking intensive activity within the context of the world of Martial Arts.
