Dynamic Yoga combines elements from several yoga styles. It assists in releasing energy blockages in the body and strengthens, lengthens and flexes the muscles. Practice of Yoga balances all body systems: breath, blood and the hormonal system. Considerable emphasis is placed on listening to one’s inner self and strengthening the connection between body and soul by sharpening powers of observation and focus. Long-term practice of Yoga contributes to flexibility, alertness, physical fitness, stamina and physical and mental strength. Dynamic yoga is appropriate for all ages and its’ positive effects are apparent even after a few lessons.
- The class is particularly suited to women and girls involved in other forms of physical activities including martial arts.
- Special class available for advanced students with over 6 months experience.
